1. Eligibility: The Let’s Take This Outside Men’s Summer Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who: (a) provide their name and email address on the Sweepstakes Landing Page at https://www.dojomojo.com/promo-lookup/982f984b-8e35-4b93-b784-fd3f7ea83e3c and click to opt into the Sweepstakes, which includes an agreement to share their name and email address with each of the six participating brands (Citizens of Humanity, Slowtide, Kinto, Radda Golf, Canyon Coffee, and Jack Henry) and (b) follow all six participating brands on Instagram (see How to Enter, below).
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are permanent legal residents of the United States, except that residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, overseas military installations, Puerto Rico, the District of Columbia or other U.S. territories are not eligible. You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (and, if older, at least the age of majority in your state of residence: 19 years of age in Alabama or Nebraska and 21 years of age in Mississippi). Employees of Citizens of Humanity or its affiliates or persons residing in their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the above eligibility requirements. You agree to accept the decisions of Citizens of Humanity, LLC, as final and binding as it relates to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on June 14, 2021, at 10:00 AM PDT (or, if later, when the Sweepstakes Entry Form goes live) and ending June 20, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. Entries must be received by Citizens of Humanity, LLC by June 20, 2021 at 11:59 PM PDT. Citizens of Humanity, LLC is not responsible for interruption of internet service or other malfunctions that prevent an entry from being timely received.
4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on Citizens of Humanity’s Sweepstakes Landing Page at https://www.dojomojo.com/promo-lookup/982f984b-8e35-4b93-b784-fd3f7ea83e3c. To enter, you must have completed each of the following as of the end of the Sweepstakes Period: (a) follow all six participating brands on Instagram (@citizensofhumanity, @slowtide, @kintousa, @raddagolf, @canyoncoffee, @jackhenryco), (b) submit an entry form provided on the Sweepstakes Landing Page and provide your first and last name and an email address and (c) agree that Citizens of Humanity, LLC may send you emails at the email address provided and (d) agree that Citizens of Humanity, LLC may share your name and email address with each of the other participating brands, which in turn may use that information to send you emails at the email address provided.
The entry must meet all requirements of these Sweepstakes Rules to be eligible to win. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Citizens of Humanity, LLC. You may enter only once and you must provide all information and consents requested.
5. Prize: The approximate retail value of the Prize is $2,000. The Prize consists of: an assortment of Citizens of Humanity Men's styles (estimated retail value of $1,000), Slowtide Starter Pack (estimated retail value of $250), Radda Golf Outfit (estimated retail value of $450), Kinto To-Go Tumblers (estimated retail value of $100), Canyon Coffee 6-Month Subscription (estimated retail value of $150), Jack Henry Grooming Essentials (estimated retail value of $150). Prizes cannot be returned or substituted. You are not guaranteed to win and your chance of winning is dependent on the total number of eligible entries received. Actual/appraised value of the Prize may differ at time of award. Except for Citizens of Humanity branded products, as to which Citizens of Humanity’s standard warranty applies, the Prize is awarded “AS IS” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Different elements of the Prize may be shipped separately.
6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner of the Sweepstakes Prize will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Citizens of Humanity, LLC. Winner will be notified via e-mail to the e-mail address used to enter the Sweepstakes. Citizens of Humanity, LLC shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to a selected winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for a selected winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided.
As a condition to claiming the Prize, the winner must execute and return an affidavit and release confirming that the winner is eligible under and agrees to these Rules, and releasing Citizens of Humanity, LLC and the other participating brands supplying products for the Prize from all liability arising from acceptance or use of the Prize. Additional proof of eligibility may be required. The winner agrees to furnish Citizens of Humanity, LLC with and/or execute any additional documents requested in connection with the awarding of the Prize.
7. Publicity Rights Granted by you: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree that Citizens of Humanity, LLC, and each of the other participating brands will have the right to identify you as the winner of the Sweepstakes by using your Instagram handle in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
8. Consents to Use of Name and Email Address: By entering the Sweepstakes you agree to receive newsletters and marketing and promotional materials by email from Citizens of Humanity, LLC. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
By entering the Sweepstakes you also agree that Citizens of Humanity may share your name and email address with each of the other participating brands (Slowtide, Kinto, Radda Golf, Canyon Coffee, and Jack Henry) and you agree to receive newsletters and marketing and promotional materials by email from those participating brands. If you wish to opt out of receiving email communications from one or more of the participating brands, you must contact the brand(s) directly to do so. Citizens of Humanity, LLC shall have no liability or responsibility for use of your name and email address by the other participating brands.

10. Limitation of Liability: Neither of Citizens of Humanity, LLC nor any other participating brand providing products as part of the Prize shall be liable or responsible in any manner for any injury, claim, cause of action, loss or expense, including attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with the acceptance or use of the Prize by the winner.
11. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and any and all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Los Angeles County, California, and you agree to the jurisdiction and venue before such courts. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive, all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and you further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
